Missy is a 5 to 6 year old Maltese. She was found in the backyard of a nice family who tried to find her home. When they were unable to locate her family, Missy was turned over to Wagging Tails rescue for safe keeping and to rehome. Missy was in fairly bad shape; malnourished, matted and her teeth were in dire need of dental work. She was unable to eat due to dental disease. She has since had all her teeth extracted but two and is now eating and putting on weight. It’s great to see her happy and healthy! Missy is a mire five pounds but fits in nicely with all the dogs in her foster home. She has no fear of the larger dogs and acts like they don’t exist. Actually, Missy has begun playing with smaller dogs her own size. She’s got tons of energy and love to give. Oh, and she’s a snuggle bug!!!!! www.nwtlb.org, to fill out an application.
