My name is Scrappy and I came to Wagging Tails with my brother, Bear. We are both 10 year old, purebred Chihuahuas. We ended up at NWTLB because our owner became ill and had to move from San Diego. Bear and I took a week to settle in to our new foster home and our new routine, but now we're doing great! We love people (especially when they have treats) and are always wagging our tails. When we see our foster mom our tails go nonstop. We get along with the other dogs in our foster home and have become quite social. We're happy little dogs and you can tell because we're always smiling! Bear and I always sleep together and have a strong bond, so we will need a forever home that can take both of us.
