I'm Tipper and I came to Wagging Tails from another rescue that was shutting down. I'm 4 years old and about 15 pounds. I was a little timid at first, but as I've learned about my foster home, I'm settling and ready to find a forever home. My foster family is helping me come out of my shell and show everyone that I'm very sweet and playful. I like other dogs, treats, and quiet, gentle people. It takes me a little time to become comfortable, so I would like a family that will be patient and help me be the best companion I can be.  I very much enjoy being with people and could be your new best friend.

 As you can see I am very pretty and photogenic, people seem to like my nice terrier coat. I like to sleep on the bed and snuggle up to my foster mom. I let her pet me and scratch my belly when she's lying down and I like it very much.
