Spirit is a wonderful pup who came to us from arrived from Mexico where she was found completly matted and left in a sewer.  Spirit is a 1 1/2 year old Schnauzer terrier mix.  She was taken in by a good samaritan and taken care of until No Wagging Tail Left Behind brought her to the US.  Upon grooming Spirit she had a collar embedded in her neck and a slash on her leg. The collar had to be surgically removed and stitched up.  She's a amazing sweet, stoic little girl.

Spirit is in a foster home and they say she quickly acclimated to her new environment and surroundings.  She's great on a leash and enjoys neighborhood walks.  She's always happy to meet a new friend on her walking adventure. Spirit is a model dog and will make a wonderful family pet.

She has since recovered nicely and is now ready for her new home. We will write more about her and update her information as it comes available. See our website www.nwtlb.org, No Wagging Tail Left Behind Dog Rescue.
