Warning...you will fall in love with me, and that's exactly what I need! I'm Chewbacca, I'm a Schnauzer/Shih Tzu Mix. I'm just a 1 yr 3-month old pupper. While I'm young, I've had a bit of a ruff life so far and could really use some extra loving. Unfortunately, before I came to Wagging Tails I was never given any belly rubs, kisses, cuddles or walks as I was left in a garage alone with other dogs for long periods of time. I'm such a sweet boi, but because of my past I'm a bit shy, am scared of walking on leashes, and do best right now with people who talk gently and walk softly around me. So that's why I'm looking for MY hooman, one who will be patient and give me extra love to help me get over my fears, and some training so that I can become the confident boi that I know is hiding inside me. Since I have some unique circumstances I'd love to become your foster dog first, then once we're both comfortable with each other (and maybe I'm even comfy with a doggie brother or sister you already have) we can make a long-term commitment to each other. All I need is that one person willing to take a chance on me and I know we can be lifelong besties! I am fully grown and weigh about 12-15 lbs.

I come  microchipped, neutered, and up to date on vaccines.
