Why, hello there! My name is Shia. I am one of 6 Terriers that arrived from Mexico into the NWTLB family. I also happen to be the shyest of the group, but I'm working on that everyday. We were among more than 22 dogs and puppies left to fend for ourselves when our owner moved away. The sweet neighbor did the best she could to care for us until a rescue could be reached. I have these beautiful black rings around my eyes and spots on my body that make me unique. I get along well with other dogs and am slowly making progress. My foster family says a quiet home will be best for me as I'm still learning to get used to my new life. Oh, and my foster mom says I'm cute in pictures, but even cuter in person...so come meet me already!
