My name is Bubbly and I bet you can guess why! I am outgoing, friendly and bubbly. I like snuggling and giving soft kisses to my foster mom. I sleep nestled into her neck at night. Since I am small, just 10 pounds, I fit almost anywhere. Potty training was easy for me so I am the perfect pup. I am independent and can play alone but I enjoy the company of other friendly easy going doggies.  My ideal home would include another doggie or puppy to hang out with. I am  also the smallest puppy in my litter of five. That never stopped me from playing with my bigger siblings. We had tons of fun running and romping around. Since I was the smallest I was kept longer to insure I was absolutely 100 percent healthy to be adopted.
