TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FOSTER CONTRACT: In consideration of the transfer of any dog identified as from No Wagging Tail Left Behind ("NWTLB") dog rescue, the foster (Named below) agrees to treat this animal humanely at all times, to never tether the dog outside or allow it to run loose outside your premises, and to allow the dog to spend a reasonable part of each day and every night inside the home with the foster family.*

Only the designated NWTLB members shall approve and place rescued animals into foster homes. Your NWTLB contact must be notified as soon as possible of any changes in the status of either the animal in your care or the foster home environment you have indicated.*

Your NWTLB contact must be notified immediately if the animal in your care is injured, sick, or missing. Any emergency veterinary expenses for your foster dog must be APPROVED AHEAD OF TIME through one of our designated veterinarians and will be reimbursed by NWTLB only if those expenses were approved.*

All animals placed in foster care will be examined or scheduled to be examined by an approved veterinarian, and will have been given/will be given all necessary immunizations, and will be scheduled to be spayed or neutered.*

Rescued animals may have undetected medical conditions, or may have been exposed to parasites or communicable diseases. I assume the risk of these possibilities and confirm my personal dogs are up to date with Bordatella and DA2PPV vaccines.*

The foster dog must wear his/her NWTLB ID TAG AT ALL TIMES, and must be on a leash or in a secure pet carrier when outside of its foster home and yard. During transport, the foster dog must ride inside the car.*

Ownership of all rescued animals remains with NWTLB until the proper adoption is completed. No foster dog may be adopted, transferred, or relinquished without the approval by the authorized representative of NWTLB.*

Only authorized representatives of NWTLB will conduct interviews, home visits, and adoptions.*

All basic medical expenses will be covered by NWTLB. We appreciate any willingness to provide the basics like food, bowls, leashes, etc. If you are in need of any basic items, please let us know.*

Release of Liability: I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the conditions of No Wagging Tail Left Behind's Foster Agreement. I understand that all work done with NWTLB is at my own risk, and hereby release NWTLB and its members of any and all public liability, property damages, and medical costs while I am providing volunteer foster care for NWTLB.*

Release of Liability: I hereby for myself, heirs, administrators and assigns, fully, irrevocably and unconditionally release and agree to hold harmless NWTLB and its individual members from any and all known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected and/or fixed, conditional or contingent, actions, causes of action, charges, suits, debts, demands, claims, contracts, covenants, liens, rights, liabilities, losses, royalties, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) or damages, including but not limited to any medical costs, damages to property, persons or other pets, of every kind, nature and description, at law or in equity, in connection with or arising from while I am caring for the agreed rescue companion animal.*
