My name is Watson. I was found in the street on a dark night in Kensington, California. A car almost hit me. When a nice family saw my glowing eyes and got me out of the street. They gave me dinner, a bath and a warm place to spend the night. They didn’t know what to do and thought for sure I didn’t have a home because I was so dirty and full of stickers and mats. So, they kept me and took me to a veterinarian where I received my vaccinations and microchip. The veterinarian says I am about 2 years old. I am as cute as can be but have a little problem. I will need a special person to take me in and love me. My name should be plop! Because I take a few steps and plop down on the ground. I get around just fine on surfaces with traction like grass, sidewalk or carpeting. Slick surfaces make it hard to hold my traction so I pull myself along with my front legs. I love people and other dogs and going to the dog park. I have been seen by a veterinarian for my inability to walk for long periods of time. She say's with some aqua therapy I may get better. I am not on any medication. I will need to go see a groomer once in a while, I like spa days.
