Snoopy is a lucky boy today. In his old life he was wondering the streets of Tijuana with a skin infection which left him without hair and scabs on his skin.  He's been recovering for several months and his hair is growing in beautifully. Snoopy is currently in a foster home and it's reported he has good doggie manners. He's a pretty happy boy and is potty trained, sweet, walks nicely on a leash, enjoys chew sticks and toys. He's been sleeping in bed with is foster family and enjoys snuggling. He enjoys long walks and looking out the window. Occasionally will have a little bark a person walking by.
