Topper will make a great family dog or a pet for a very active person.  He's been amazing in his foster home and gets along with all other dogs.  He's non-reactive to the commotion around him. Topper likes cuddling and becomes attached quickly.  He would like a home where he can go hiking, dog parks, beach trips and snuggle in for a nice movie with his family.
